One cheque per line, separated by tabs or commas: Date, Payee, Amount, Cheque no, Remark, Place, Clearing date. A heading line is allowed. Dates as DD/MM/YYYY. They use the account and bank chosen on Write cheque and are saved as not printed.

Print setup and calibration

Paper How the cheque goes into the printer

If nothing prints on the cheque, or text lands sideways, change this first. Most inkjets take a cheque portrait.

Cheque position across the paper (A4 sheet mode)

Same idea as "Paper Feed Path" in Chrysanth. Many printers centre a narrow sheet, so the page edge sits a few millimetres outside the cheque. Choose Center and the app adds that offset for you. If you use Center, set your shifts back to 0 and test again.

Paper feed path (reminder)

A web page cannot switch the printer tray for you. This shows a reminder after each print. Pick the same tray in the print dialog under Paper source. If still nothing prints, set Paper to A4 sheet above and feed the cheque against the top-left corner.

Shifts are remembered per account (or per bank layout when no account is chosen).

Prints a sample cheque with the outline and a millimetre ruler along the top and left edges, so you can read the shifts straight off the paper.
